Presenter bio:

My name is Irma Guardiola Castillo. I am a mother and wife and work as counselor and educator/consultant. I served honorably in the Air Force for 4 years and served as an educator/counselor in Aldine ISD for 8 years. I have served as a behavioral health therapist and therapy director with Legacy Community Health for the past 9 years. I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from Sam Houston State University. I identify as an avid learner and am currently working towards becoming an EMDR certified therapist.
